Role Summary Set up and operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Set up VMC machines, including installing tools, loading programs, and securing workpieces/fixtures. * Operate the machine and monitor cycles to detect malfunctions or deviations. * Perform routine quality checks on finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers). Must-Haves * Proven experience operating VMC/CNC machines. * Basic knowledge of G-code and M-code programming. * Strong understanding of tooling and fixture requirements.
