Full Time
1. Take ownership of allocated machine & zone.
2. Responsible to accomplish the work within specified time.
3. Analyze: Study the drawing & check the Input material.
4. Follow set-up sheet/plan.
5. Job setting on machine, Preparation/setting of tools, fixture, accessories.
6. Ensure CNC programs so that job/machines are not stopped for want of any programs
7. Execute program with verification
8. Inspect the component at each stage & make report before unload from machine
9. Monitor & record tool life also Preparation of tool breakage report.
10. Preparation of Rejection report
11. Responsible for house-keeping & 5S activities in shop floor.
12. Update job-card & log book on daily basis.
13. Ensure proper identification of materials/parts at respective allocated Zone/area.
14. Adhere to safety rules & regulation of company.
15. Follow & update machine daily checklist.
16. Report for any abnormality & down time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
