Analyze drawings, specifications, work orders to determine optimal tooling and machine processes Independently setup and operate multiple machines to quality standards Align tooling, fixtures and attachments Inspects machine while running Monitors variations in positioning and cycle time Assist with production and deburr's as required Create programs to produce quality parts maximizing and maintaining efficiency at 90% uptime Knowledge of various 3+ axis mill machines and controls Setup and operate CNC Lathe or Mill Program/edit existing programs
