VMC and CNC Programmer

We are looking for a skilled VMC & CNC Programmer / Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine programming, setup, and operation, with a strong understanding of machining processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate VMC and CNC machines
• Develop and edit programs using G-code / M-code
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters
• Perform job setup, tool offsets, and trial runs
• Ensure components meet quality and dimensional standards
• Inspect parts using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, etc.)
• Reduce cycle time and improve productivity
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Follow safety rules and company procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Engineering in Mechanical or related field
• Experience with VMC / CNC lathe machines
• Strong understanding of machining processes and materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
