VLSI Layout Lead

As an Analog Layout Design Lead with 7+ years of relevant work experience, you will be responsible for Analog Layout in advanced process technologies, catering to global Semiconductor product MNC clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform Analog Layout in advanced process technologies for global Semiconductor product MNC clients - Work on advanced Analog VLSI projects - Collaborate with world-class VLSI MNC clients in Analog Layout projects - Utilize hands-on knowledge in analog and mixed-signal layout techniques - Experience with Cadence Layout tools (Virtuoso) and Mentor Graphics verification tools (Calibre) - Execute Custom Analog Layout for I/O, Amplifiers/OPAMP circuits, ADCs/DACs, LDOs, Bandgaps & Bias Circuits, Temperature Sensor, Oscillators - Conduct Physical Verification (LVS, DRC, ERC, ANT with Calibre) - Identify and rectify problematic circuit and layout structures - Apply relevant device physics, matching techniques, ESD/Latchup mitigation techniques, circuit parasitic extraction & reduction, VXL compliance - Collaborate closely and independently with Analog Designers to address performance and area challenges **Qualifications Required:** - Hands-on experience in analog and mixed-signal layout techniques - Proficiency in Cadence Layout tools (Virtuoso) and Mentor Graphics verification tools (Calibre) - Knowledge and experience in Custom Analog Layout for various circuits - Familiarity with Physical Verification processes - Understanding of device physics, matching techniques, ESD/Latchup mitigation techniques, circuit parasitic extraction & reduction, VXL compliance - Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Adaptability, flexibility, global approach/synthesis, creativity - Willingness to work on customer sites for deployment and support Please note that the company offers opportunities to work on advanced Analog VLSI projects and collaborate with renowned VLSI MNC clients, providing a dynamic and challenging work environment for individuals with the required skills and traits.,
