Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept & Campaigns:

    Translate briefs into big ideas and visual territories; develop mood boards, key visuals, and campaign systems for multi-channel rollout.
  • Digital-first Design:

    Create platform-ready assets for social (static, carousels, reels covers), display/paid ads, landing pages, email headers, website hero banners, and content hubs.
  • Brand Stewardship:

    Build and evolve brand guidelines, component libraries, and templates; ensure consistency across touchpoints.
  • Art Direction:

    Guide photoshoots/illustrations; source or brief visual assets; set tone for motion where relevant.
  • Collaboration & Handover:

    Work with copywriters, media, and dev to ship pixel-perfect files; prepare exports/specs for Meta/Google/LinkedIn/email platforms.
  • Iteration & Performance:

    Interpret creative testing/analytics to refine designs (A/B learnings, thumb-stop rate, CTR, readability).
  • Quality & Speed:

    Manage multiple projects, keep timelines, and maintain high craft under tight deadlines.
  • Mentorship:

    Review work, give actionable feedback, and help level up the design team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 58+ years of professional design experience (agency or fast-paced brand preferred) with a strong digital portfolio.
  • Mastery of

    Adobe CC

    (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and

    Figma

    (layouts, components, auto-layout).
  • Excellent sense of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy; strong composition and iconography/illustration skills.
  • Fluent in platform specs (sizes, safe areas, file weights), exporting/optimization for web and email.
  • Ability to concept quickly from minimal briefs, present work clearly, and justify decisions with brand and performance goals.
  • Organized files, versioning discipline, attention to detail, and comfort with feedback/iterations.
  • Degree/diploma in Design/Visual Communication or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

  • Motion graphics basics (After Effects); simple micro-animations for social/ads.
  • Experience with HTML5 banners, responsive web layouts, or collaborating with front-end teams.
  • 3D/CGI (Blender/C4D), photography/retouching, or illustration.
  • Comfortable with A/B testing, creative analytics, and rapid experimentation.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney) for ideation and variations.

Tools You Know (or Learn Fast)

  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Figma (design systems, components, prototypes)
  • After Effects/Premiere (bonus)
