Role Overview: You will be a part of a full-service communications and advertising agency that focuses on building impactful campaigns for a mix of iconic and new-age brands. As an experienced Art Director & Video Editor, you will play a key role in leading visual storytelling across static, digital, and video platforms. Key Responsibilities: - As an Art Director, you will shape the visual identity of campaigns for multiple brands, demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, design direction, and leadership skills. Your role will involve collaborating with creative teams, guiding designers, and ensuring brand aesthetics are fresh, consistent, and impactful. - As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing videos that convey compelling brand stories. You should have a keen eye for detail, storytelling instincts, and the ability to transform raw footage into engaging films, ads, and digital content. Collaboration with creative and strategy teams to deliver impactful videos for campaigns, reels, and commercials is essential. Qualifications Required: Art Director: - Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related field. - 3-4 years of experience in an advertising agency or design-led environment. - Strong portfolio showcasing art direction, campaign work, and brand design. Video Editor: - Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Mass Communication, or related field. - 2-3 years of experience in video editing for agencies, production houses, or digital content teams.
