Visual Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities1. Visual Strategy & Brand Identity

• Develop and implement seasonal VM guidelines that highlight leggings, sports bras, and athleisure collections.
• Ensure all visual displays reflect brand positioning: performance-driven, stylish, body-inclusive, and trend-driven.
• Maintain consistency across stores, pop-ups, shop-in-shops, and digital merchandising.

2. Store Presentation & Execution

• Create impactful window displays that showcase hero leggings, key fits, fabrics, and color stories.
• Regularly update mannequins with new arrivals, bestsellers, and coordinated looks.
• Optimize product zoning—fit, functionality, and usage (training, yoga, lifestyle, compression, sculpt).
• Ensure leggings sizing, colorways, and product stories are clear and easy to navigate.

3. Commercial & Sales Support

• Partner with retail and merchandising teams to drive category performance.
• Analyze weekly sales data to adjust displays based on sell-through, slow movers, and upcoming launches.
• Implement VM strategies around promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product innovation.

4. Store Training & Communication

• Train store teams on VM standards, product features (fabrics, waistband types, compression levels), and storytelling.
• Provide clear execution guides, planograms, and product display standards.
• Conduct store visits or virtual walkthroughs to audit VM compliance and share actionable feedback.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with marketing on campaign launches and influencer activations.
• Align with design and merchandising teams to understand new product features and key marketing drivers.
• Partner with store operations to ensure fixtures, lighting, and props support premium product presentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
