Visual Merchandiser (Male candidate)

The Visual Merchandiser role involves enhancing the visual appeal and layout of showrooms to create engaging and customer-friendly experiences. You will be responsible for planning and executing product displays, signage, themes, and layout coordination for tiles, marble, granite, sanitaryware, and bathroom fittings in line with brand guidelines and sales objectives. Your key responsibilities will include managing showroom displays by planning and implementing seasonal and thematic visual displays, creating mock bathroom/kitchen settings to showcase product use, and ensuring optimal lighting, product placement, and display area cleanliness. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to align merchandising strategies with promotions, new launches, and target customer segments while maintaining consistent branding across all product categories. Additionally, you will be involved in planning and optimizing showroom floor layouts for better traffic flow and customer experience. Coordinating with the operations team to execute layout changes and ensure timely implementation is crucial. Inventory coordination will also be part of your responsibilities, including working with purchase and warehouse teams to ensure display stock availability, monitoring display damages, outdated materials, and replenishment needs. Moreover, you will handle vendor and material management by liaising with vendors for display props, signage, and branding material, ensuring quality and timely delivery of visual elements. Regularly visiting competitor stores and relevant exhibitions to gather new display ideas and trends and recommending enhancements based on market insights will also be essential. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Retail Management, or a related field.
