Visual Merchandiser

As a Visual Merchandiser at Divine Hindu, located in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in bringing our spiritual lifestyle brand to life by curating compelling product displays, meticulously planning layouts, and crafting aesthetic narratives across both digital and physical platforms. Your responsibilities will include designing visually appealing layouts for product listings, campaigns, and packaging, as well as creating planograms, styling guides, and briefs for product shoots. You will collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure that merchandising aligns seamlessly with storytelling and festive calendars. Additionally, you will contribute to designing in-box experiences and enhancing packaging aesthetics while staying updated on industry trends, materials, and competitor visuals. Your keen eye for detail will be essential in maintaining the visual identity consistency across various platforms such as the website, social media, retail outlets, and gifting solutions. To excel in this role, you should hold a degree from NIFT (B.Des or M.Des) in Fashion Communication, Accessory Design, Lifestyle, or equivalent, demonstrating a strong aesthetic sensibility and experience in visual storytelling. Proficiency in display principles, color theory, layout design, and moodboarding is essential, along with a working knowledge of design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva. An interest in Indian crafts, rituals, and cultural design would be advantageous. While 2 years of relevant experience is preferred, freshers with impressive portfolios are also encouraged to apply.
