You should possess a Des/M.Des degree or equivalent experience in visual design, along with an impressive design portfolio. With at least 1 year of experience in visual design, you should be a curious individual who actively contributes to shaping both the "what" and "how" of design processes. An enthusiasm for design exploration and experimentation with design elements and principles is crucial. Stay updated on design possibilities within web and mobile technologies, and exhibit a keen interest in emerging technologies. As a problem solver, you should have innovative ideas that challenge norms and the determination to see them materialize.
