What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costsProficiency in visual design for web and print.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash).Strong knowledge of visual storytelling, color theory, and typography.Experience designing for interactivity, animation, and online engagement.Ability to use peripheral design hardware (e.g., scanners, color printers, tablets).Excellent project planning and multitasking skills.Strong verbal and written communication.Working knowledge of Accentures brand standards or similar enterprise-level branding systems.Ability to supervise multiple team members and manage vendor deliverables.Creativity and a strong eye for modern, accessible, and on-brand design.Determine the most effective way to deliver learning content through media like classroom training, computer-based training, simulations, audio/video conferencing. Adapt content, resources or instructional plans as per needs of medium of delivery. Create templates and style guides for graphic teams to ensure consistency across projects.Provide accurate cost estimates and manage graphic development budgets.Lead usability testing for visual assets and support corrections or updates to existing courses.Stay current on graphic design trends and tools, recommending improvements when appropriateExpertise in media design and development.Mastery of production tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, SoundForge, etc.).Understanding of media workflows from planning to post-production.Familiarity with usability testing and accessibility standards in media delWhat are we looking for?
Design, produce, and test media assets in alignment with learning project plans.Oversee the full lifecycle of media production, including pre-production (planning, casting), production (shoots), and post-production (editing, QA).Direct or supervise the development of audio/video components, ensuring high production value and compliance with standards.Operate or guide the use of media tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, SoundForge).Conduct QA on media deliverables and support usability testing and iterative enhancements.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital media.Guide team members and contractors, maintaining a high bar for quality and innovation.Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and build a professional network of media expertsDesign or oversee creation of interactive graphics, animations, and interfaces that support learning objectives.Create Visual Approach documentation and prototypes to align design direction with client vision.Guide developers and contractors in producing media assets, ensuring consistency with visual standards and branding.Conduct QA on graphics, ensuring deliverables meet both functional and aesthetic expectations.
