What would you do? The role of Creative Studio Visual Designer involves creating captivating layouts and visualelements to engage users across various digital channels. Develop innovative and engaging visual concepts for various digital platforms.2. Translate client briefs and project requirements into visually appealing designs thatalign with brand identity and objectives3. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouttechniques.Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively and incorporating therequirements and the feedback into the design process5. Create and optimize digital assets such as icons, illustrations, and infographics for usein various digital media6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to ensuredesign consistency and alignment with project goals.Identify design challenges and propose creative solutions that meet both user needsand project requirements.8. Experience with web design, user interface (UI) design, and responsive designprinciples is a plus.9. What are we looking for? QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED1. Minimum Qualification of Graduate (12+3) and degree in Graphic Design, VisualCommunication, or a related field.2. Experience with visualization tools and software for prototyping and motion graphics,3. 4+ years experience as a visual designer, preferably in a digital agency or designstudio.ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS1. Contributes to the creation of visually engaging and user-centric designs thateffectively communicate messages and achieve project objectives.2. Possess strong technical skills Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, CorelDRAW3. Excellent English verbal & written communication skills4. Self-motivation and the ability to work under aggressive timeline is must5. Ability to shift project priorities quickly & change in design directionAutonomy in balancing day to day workload, priorities, and schedule is expected. 7. Flexibility to work in work shifts or shifts as requiredDESIRED SKILLS1. Possess outstanding attention to detail and can convey the core message of the task inhand2. Consistently demonstrate professionalism and possess the knowledge of differenttechnical visual formats3. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other front-end web technologies is a plusHIRING PROCESS OVERVIEW1. After successful profile screening, you will be asked to submit a Design assessmentthat needs to be turned in within 3 working days from the date of assignment.2. The assessment will be judged on parameters like, but not limited to:Originality,Creative representation, understanding of guidelines and utilization of the correctFonts, candidates understanding of content reflecting in design outcome, attention todetail, interpretation of brief and the outcome, ability to ask the right questions andthe time taken to complete the presentation.3. Once shortlisted based on assessment, there will be one/two face to face(virtual/physical depending on policy and regulations that are applicable at the time)interview. During the interview you may also present the designs and rationale behindyour design decisions.After interview concludes, a decision is taken based on all parameters including butnot limited to performance in both assessment and interview, ability to fluentlycommunicate and articulate ideas/concepts, potential date of joining etc. and iscommunicated back to the HR to process the candidature.

Roles and Responsibilities: Post validation of documentation and necessary background checks are conducted anoffer is rolled out to the candidate. May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shiftsIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
