1. Prior Experience from electromechanical or related majors, trained internally.
2. Able to use basic electrical tools (crimping pliers, stripping pliers, screwdrivers, network cable pliers, etc.), and recognize basic components such as guide rails, relays, couplings, motors.3. Understand basic electrical installation processes, can follow SOPs to perform simple wiring, panel assembly, and connections.4. Familiar with common mechanical parts (push buttons, cylinders, sensors, solenoid valves, motors, etc.).5. Strong sense of responsibility, able to follow work arrangements, with good communication skills.6. Capable of assisting engineers to complete simple installation and debugging tasks.7. Responsible for handling partial equipment problems and recording them.
Background in Electromechanical or related majors.
Ability to use basic electrical tools.
Understanding of basic electrical installation processes.
Familiarity with mechanical/electrical parts (motors, sensors, relays, etc.).
Good communication skills and sense of responsibility.
