Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a Visual & Multimedia Specialist to lead MASLs visual storytelling across technology, infrastructure, and government-sector projects. This role goes beyond basic videography or design and focuses on creating high-quality, business-aligned visual content that strengthens brand credibility and supports growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit professional photo and video content using Adobe premier Pro.
• Independently conceptualize and execute corporate video scripts and visual narratives aligned with MASLs brand tone.
• Create short-form and long-form videos optimized for LinkedIn and B2B audiences using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Design clean, professional carousels that simplify complex niche related topics.
• Using visual hooks to engage the audience and create LinkedIn Native content.
• Maintain consistent visual quality and brand standards across all content formats.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand project context and deliver visuals with clear business value.
• Cover site visits, inaugurations, and key company events with a professional, corporate approach.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in corporate, industrial, or infrastructure-focused visual content creation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and graphic tools such as Photoshop / Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and storytelling for professional environments.
• Ability to translate technical or operational information into clear, visually compelling content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
