Visiting Faculty - MCA | MIM

As a Visiting Faculty member at Mithila Institute of Management in Madhubani, Bihar, you will play a crucial role in teaching key subjects in the Master of Computer Application program. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Delivering engaging lectures and interactive sessions on the assigned subject following the academic schedule. - Preparing lesson plans, teaching materials, and relevant case studies for the curriculum. - Evaluating students" performance through assignments, presentations, and examinations. - Guiding students to apply theoretical knowledge to practical business scenarios. - Providing mentorship and academic support to students as needed. - Collaborating with the department to ensure the relevance and quality of the curriculum. - Staying updated with the latest developments in the field and incorporating them into your teaching. Qualifications and Experience required for this role include: - Education: Masters degree in Computer Application (MCA) or a related discipline from a recognized university. Ph.D. or NET/SET qualified candidates are preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate/postgraduate level or significant industry experience relevant to the subject. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to engage with students from diverse backgrounds.
