Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management (GNIHM) invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Visiting Faculty in Business Communication and Personality Development . We are looking for dedicated educators with strong academic credentials and proven teaching experience to join our vibrant academic team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and effective classes in Business Communication and Personality Development for hospitality management students. Prepare and deliver lectures, practical sessions, and training modules aligned with industry standards. Mentor students on soft skills, professional etiquette, and career preparedness. Participate in academic activities and contribute to student development initiatives. Eligibility Criteria: Master’s degree or higher in English, Communication, Management, or a related field. Consistently strong academic record. Minimum of 1 years’ teaching experience in a recognized college or university. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Passion for teaching and guiding students in personal and professional growth.
