VisionPLUS-CMS Senior/Lead Programmer Analyst/Technical Lead

As a Senior Programmer Analyst specializing in VisionPlus - CMS development, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the success of our team. Your responsibilities will include: - Having 3 to 12 years of experience in V+ development. - Demonstrating hands-on experience with VisionPLUS CMS modules. - Exhibiting strong development skills in Mainframes, including Cobol, JCL, VSAM, and CICS. - Possessing a deep understanding of Vision PLUS architecture in both batch and online environments. - Handling file operations during batch processing, encompassing non-monetary and monetary transactions. - Understanding batch windows, various system statuses during after-hours processing, and after-hour update processing. - Having knowledge in REXX and Eazytrieve, which is considered an added advantage. - Familiarity with code version controllers such as Changeman & Endeavor. - Possessing knowledge in at least one of these VisionPLUS modules - TRAMS, CTA & LTS. - Having a grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. - Engaging in effective communication with customers and generating daily status reports. - Demonstrating proficiency in both oral and written communication. - Being a valuable team member who is proactive, adaptive, and flexible to work in shifts. - Showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
