Job Opportunity: Vision Technician – Nayagarh

Salary & Benefits: ₹8,000 per month + ₹2,500 monthly food allowance + free accommodation (future salary increase & promotion opportunities available)

Loyal Welfare Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to improving eye health in underserved communities. We conduct free eye camps, provide essential screenings, and ensure patients get the care they need—because Every Life Matters.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Vision Technician to conduct eye check-ups, assist patients, and support outreach programs in Nayagarh and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate vision tests and eye screenings
• Assist with patient registration and maintain records
• Guide patients for spectacles or further treatment
• Maintain equipment in proper condition
• Daily travel to outreach camps within Nayagarh district
• Outside-district travel only if the candidate is interested

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Vision Technician or in eye testing
• Knowledge of operating vision testing equipment
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Willingness to travel daily to outreach locations within the district
