Visa Process Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Visa Process Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end visa application processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission while maintaining excellent client communication and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, verify, and organize documents required for visa applications.
• Prepare and maintain a personalized checklist of documents for each client.
• Conduct a quality check of all documents before submission to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Fill out visa forms accurately and review applications before submission.
• Prepare and submit applications within the stipulated timelines.
• Follow up with clients for pending or additional documents.
• Address and resolve client queries related to the visa process.
• Schedule biometric appointments and interviews as per requirements.
• Ensure all applications are processed as per the prescribed immigration guidelines and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, rules, and process changes for various countries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in visa processing, immigration, or a related field (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
