Job Description

Job Overview:
The Visa Filing Executive is responsible for assisting clients with the visa application process for both tourist and student visas. This role involves ensuring accurate documentation, timely submission of applications, and providing expert guidance to clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Visa Application Processing:
Review, verify, and submit tourist and student visa applications and supporting documents.
Track application status and provide updates to clients.
Client Consultation:
Advise clients on visa requirements and eligibility for tourist and student visas.
Answer client queries and guide them through the visa application process.
Documentation Management:
Ensure all required documents are complete and meet embassy/consulate requirements.
Help clients prepare necessary documentation (financials, travel itinerary, admission letters, etc.).
Liaison with Authorities:
Communicate with embassies and consulates to resolve any issues or questions related to visa processing.
Interview Preparation:
Assist clients in preparing for visa interviews with mock sessions and advice.
Client Follow-up:
Provide timely updates and resolve any issues with visa applications.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in handling tourist and student visa applications.
Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Languages: Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
