Visa Filing Officer

IMygrate, a Canada-based RCIC firm with an office in Chandigarh, is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Visa Filing Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Canada's immigration pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Preparation: Help clients prepare accurate and complete documentation for various visa applications such as Permanent Residency, and other immigration programs.
• Client Management: Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure a smooth and efficient application process, addressing any queries or concerns.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest immigration laws, regulations, and policies concerning Canadian Permanent Residency pathways.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all clients feel supported and informed throughout the application process.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in filing visa applications, with a specific focus on Canadian pathways such as SOWP, PGWP, Express Entry, and PNP programs.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Punjabi or Hindi is a plus.
• Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member.
