Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Visa Executive (Experienced only) to manage and process visa applications for clients with efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism. The candidate must have prior experience in handling visa documentation, embassy procedures, and client coordination.

(Trivandrum,Kollam,Ernakulam,Kozhikode,Chennai,Bengaluru)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end visa application processes for various countries.
Prepare, verify, and submit visa applications and supporting documents as per embassy/consulate requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules, regulations, and requirements of different countries.
Communicate with embassies, consulates, and clients to resolve queries and ensure smooth processing.
Review documents for accuracy and compliance before submission.
Manage visa appointments, biometrics, and interview scheduling.
Track application status and keep clients informed at every stage.
Maintain records of visa applications, approvals, rejections, and related correspondence.
Provide guidance to clients regarding documentation, timelines, and requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
