Job Description

Handle student and visitor visa applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Provide detailed information about visa processes, eligibility, and requirements for various countries.
Guide clients through the application procedure, document checklist, and interview preparation.
Maintain regular communication with applicants to update them on their application status.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers for smooth processing of applications.
Keep updated with changing visa rules, immigration policies, and country-specific regulations.
Assist in filling out visa application forms and reviewing documents before submission.
Maintain records of client applications, payments, and case progress in the CRM or manual system.
Address client queries, concerns, and provide post-visa guidance when required.
Work towards monthly visa processing targets and generate regular reports for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
