Visa Counselor

As a Telecaller and Counsellor at our organization located in Vishakapatnam, you will be responsible for providing guidance to students regarding study programs and visa processes. Your primary focus will be to assist students in selecting suitable programs and universities, as well as navigating through the visa application procedures. You are expected to have a comprehensive understanding of both the Indian and foreign education systems, along with knowledge of work regulations in various countries. Your key responsibilities will include counseling students on study programs available in India and abroad, offering insights on different universities, their rankings, courses, and application processes. It is essential to maintain an updated database of program details, including fees, intake dates, and deadlines. Moreover, you will be required to provide guidance on visa processes and work regulations, develop relationships with university representatives, students, parents, and stakeholders, and stay abreast of educational trends to align counseling strategies effectively. To excel in this role, you must possess in-depth knowledge of Indian and foreign education systems, be familiar with public and private universities, their rankings, and admission criteria. Additionally, a strong understanding of visa procedures and work regulations in various countries is crucial. Excellent communication skills are a must, along with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Your goal will be to convert inquiries into admissions, achieve admission targets, and actively participate in meetings and discussions as needed. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education, possess the required qualifications, and are proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
