We are looking for an experienced and passionate Study Visa Counselor to join True Guidz. The ideal candidate will guide students for UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, New Zealand and Europe study pathways and support the entire admission + visa filing process.
Key Responsibilities
Counselling students and parents regarding overseas education options
Providing accurate information on courses, universities & visa processes
Handling end-to-end admission process: applications, SOP guidance, documentation
Preparing and reviewing student visa files
Following up with students through calls, WhatsApp & email
Maintaining student records and meeting monthly counseling targets
Participating in seminars, events and student orientation sessions
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience as Study Visa Counselor / Education Consultant
Strong knowledge of UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, NZ study visas
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Good command over English
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
