The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing front-desk operations, greeting guests, and handling incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Provide basic and accurate information in person or via phone/email. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth front-office operations. Ensure compliance with company security and confidentiality policies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a receptionist or front office executive preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
