Visa Counsellor

As a Visa Counsellor at our company, your role will involve assisting clients with the visa application process and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations. You will have the opportunity to provide guidance on required documents and advise clients on visa options based on their travel or immigration needs. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing visa applications, guiding clients on visa requirements for different countries, providing timely updates on visa application status, staying up-to-date with changing immigration laws and policies, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and visa applications. Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on visa options based on their travel or immigration needs. - Assist in preparing and reviewing visa applications and supporting documents. - Guide clients on visa requirements for different countries. - Provide timely updates on visa application status and resolve any issues. - Stay up-to-date with changing immigration laws and policies. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and visa applications. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. - Prior experience in visa counselling or related fields is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
