Visa Counsellor

The Visa Consular will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process, assessing eligibility, and providing end-to-end support for student, visitor, and work visa applications. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a strong customer service mindset. Training will be provided to freshers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients on visa options (student, visitor, work) based on their profiles, goals, and country-specific requirements.
• Handle end-to-end visa processing, from document collection and form filling to application submission and tracking.
• Explain visa rules, timelines, and procedures clearly to clients.
• Maintain and update client records accurately in CRM or internal systems.
• Follow up with clients for documentation and status updates.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers as needed.
• Keep up to date with changing immigration laws, policies, and country-specific requirements.
• Provide post-visa assistance such as pre-departure briefings or interview preparation.
• Work closely with team members to meet departmental goals and deadlines.

Eligibility & Requirements:

For Freshers:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Arts, Commerce, Business, or related fields).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn immigration processes and country-specific regulations.
• Customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving skills.

For Experienced Candidates:

• 1–3 years of experience in visa consultancy or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with student, visitor, or work visa applications for countries like Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand etc.
• Familiarity with embassy procedures and documentation requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional regional or foreign languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases efficiently.
• A high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
