Key Responsibilities

* Pitch and promote visa services to potential customers over phone calls.

* To generate more leads from the people out-called.

* Build rapport with clients and provide tailored travel and visa solutions

* Deliver consultation and end-to-end visa application services.

* Handle immigration-related inquiries professionally and accurately.

* Maintain accurate records and verify client documents and information.

* Stay updated on immigration policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.

Required Skills

* Proficiency in English and Hindi.
