Visa Consultant Intern

What You’ll Learn & Do:

• Assist in preparing documentation for

  Tourist, Business, and Student visa

  applications
• Support the team in handling online enquiries and client communications
• Learn to guide clients on country-specific requirements and document checklists
• Help organize and verify documents before submission to

  VFS centers

  consulates

• Track application status and help maintain internal records
• Stay informed about current visa rules, updates, and processing timelines
• Understand client service best practices and the importance of compliance

Who We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduates or final-year students (any discipline, preferably Travel, Hospitality, or Business)
• Basic knowledge or a strong interest in

  visa processing

• Good communication skills in

  English and Malayalam

• Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
• Professional attitude and a team-player mindset

• Previous internship or coursework related to travel, tourism, or documentation
• Knowledge of visa processes for

  Schengen, UK, US, or Canada

• Skills in other languages like
