Visa - Back Office Executive

We are looking for a Visa / Back Office Executive to join our dynamic travel team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with visa documentation, travel coordination, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle visa documentation for clients (tourist, business, student visas, etc.)
• Verify and collect all required travel documents (passport, photos, forms, etc.)
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and VFS centers for visa submissions.
• Manage travel insurance, flight and hotel confirmations, and other travel papers.
• Maintain client records, booking details, and payment status in back-office systems.
• Support the operations team with itinerary preparation, vouchers, and invoicing.
• Respond to client queries via email and phone promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism background preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in visa processing or back-office operations.
• Good knowledge of international visa procedures (UK, USA, Schengen, etc.) preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
