Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Palakkad. As a Visa and Documentation Executive at Jet Travels, you will be responsible for assisting clients with passport and visa services. Your day-to-day tasks will involve handling documentation, coordinating with embassies and consulates, organizing travel documents, and ensuring compliance with visa regulations and requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a Graduate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Familiarity with visa regulations and procedures
• Proficiency in using computer systems and applications
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills
• Prior experience in visa and documentation services
