Key Responsibilities

Call assigned leads and understand students academic background, preferences, and goals
Recommend suitable
partner colleges and courses
(MBA / Non-MBA programs)
Explain application process, eligibility, fees, deadlines, and benefits
Convince and assist students to
fill application forms during/after the call

Application Conversion

Drive
multiple applications from a single student
wherever applicable
Achieve daily/monthly
application sales targets
Follow up with interested students until application completion

CRM & Process Compliance

Maintain accurate lead updates, follow-ups, and call notes in CRM
Ensure correct attribution and compliance with Shiksha processes
Coordinate with internal teams (Ops, Product, College Partners) when required.
