Job Description

Interview Timings: 1.30 to 3 PM & 5 to 7 PM

Key Responsibilities

Document Management:
Assist in organizing, sorting, scanning, and archiving both physical and electronic documents, including manufacturing batch records, quality control reports, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Creation & Editing:
Create, review, and edit technical documents, manuals, and workflows to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency of content.
Version Control:
Implement and maintain document version control processes, ensuring all staff are using the most recent version of procedures and forms.
Collaboration:
Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) from the production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to gather information and ensure documentation reflects current processes.
Compliance:
Ensure all documentation practices comply with relevant industry regulations (e.g., ISO standards, GMP) and internal policies, providing support during internal and external audits.
System Maintenance:
Utilize document management software and tools (e.g.,
MS Office
, SharePoint, specific DMS platforms) for efficient storage, retrieval, and tracking of documents.
Training Support:
Assist in providing basic training to employees on documentation procedures and best practices for using documentation systems.
Reporting:
Prepare ad-hoc reports and status updates on documentation activities as needed by management.
