Role Overview: As an AR/VR Experience Developer, you will be pivotal in the design and development of immersive experiences utilizing Unity 3D, especially for headsets like Oculus and HTC Vive, mobile devices, and web platforms. Your core responsibilities will include: - Creating, animating, and optimizing 3D models and environments in Blender for real-time applications. - Developing and executing Projection Mapping content using tools such as Unity, MadMapper, Resolume, or TouchDesigner. - Collaborating with creative and technical teams to conceptualize and deliver immersive 3D art installations and interactive experiences. - Integrating motion tracking, gesture recognition, audio-visual sync, and environmental interaction into immersive setups. - Crafting immersive storytelling by leveraging light, motion, sound, and space to transform physical environments. - Optimizing scenes for performance and ensuring compatibility across various hardware platforms. - Assisting in hardware/software setup and testing during on-site deployment of immersive systems. - Maintaining documentation, content libraries, and contributing to R&D for immersive technologies. Qualification Required: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Proficiency in Unity 3D and C# scripting. - Advanced experience with Blender for 3D modeling, rigging, animation, and scene optimization. - Hands-on experience with Projection Mapping, spatial setup, and multi-display synchronization. - Familiarity with tools like TouchDesigner, MadMapper, Resolume, or Notch would be advantageous. - Experience with AR SDKs (ARCore, ARKit, Vuforia) and VR hardware platforms. - Understanding of immersive space design, light-mapping, and interactive UI/UX. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Ideally, a degree in Computer Science, Game Design, Digital Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
