To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of client management experience, preferably in a high-growth company. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with being a self-starter who can drive towards targets and meet deadlines consistently. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software, and fluency in English are required. Fluency in other languages is a desirable trait.
