Collaborate with department heads to understand requirements and close positions within timelines. HR Operations Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases. Assist with payroll inputs, leave management, and policy implementation. Ensure smooth execution of daily HR operations and compliance. Employee Engagement & Culture Plan and execute team-building activities, engagement programs, and internal events. Be the point of contact for employee queries, ensuring a positive employee experience. Support initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and collaboration.
