We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to join our team and drive recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end hiring process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand requirements and close positions within timelines. HR Operations Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases. Assist with payroll inputs, leave management, and policy implementation. Ensure smooth execution of daily HR operations and compliance. Employee Engagement & Culture Plan and execute team-building activities, engagement programs, and internal events. Be the point of contact for employee queries, ensuring a positive employee experience. Support initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and collaboration. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in the AdTech / influencer marketing / digital media industry (mandatory). Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
