The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our products and services, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage high-profile accounts, and a strong commitment to ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities: Provide dedicated technical support to VIP clients, ensuring timely resolution of their issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems across various platforms and systems. Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate issues as needed. Maintain strong relationships with high-priority clients, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement. Offer proactive solutions and best practices to prevent future issues. Requirements: Proven experience in technical support, IT troubleshooting, or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience supporting high-profile or VIP clients is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate client needs.
