Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Patna for a Travel and Tourism Specialist. The role involves assisting customers with travel arrangements, providing travel advice, and promoting travel packages. The candidate will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include liaising with service providers, managing bookings, and supporting the sales and marketing team.
