Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Patna for a Travel and Tourism Specialist. The role involves assisting customers with travel arrangements, providing travel advice, and promoting travel packages. The candidate will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include liaising with service providers, managing bookings, and supporting the sales and marketing team. Qualifications Excellent Communication skills Experience in Travel & Tourism Strong Customer Service skills Knowledge of Sales and Marketing Proficiency in using reservation systems and travel management software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
