Qualifications:

Fluency (both written and verbal) in one
Vietnamese Language

Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international environment, is highly desirable.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
