Job Description

Are you an organized, creative videographer who brings stories to life on screen? Join our creative team!

About the Role

We are looking for an organized and creative Videographer to work with our creative team to plan, film, and edit video content according to client briefs. You’ll ensure the right equipment is available, direct camera operators on set when needed, and edit footage into polished outputs that match the brief and client expectations. Staying up to date with industry trends and tools is key to making projects more marketable and effective.

What You’ll Do (aka Your Superpowers)

  • Hustle to get work done — quick problem-solver and hands-on on shoots.
  • Conceptualise and plan social media and client video content with internal teams.
  • Plan shoots in detail, prepare shot lists, schedules, and estimated budgets.
  • Shoot for client and internal projects using appropriate cameras and rigs.
  • Direct and coordinate other camera operators and external teams on set.
  • Undertake minor editing for smaller productions; collaborate on larger edits.
  • Provide creative direction on captions, graphics, special effects, and on-screen text for advertising products.
  • Prepare B-roll, live feeds, and background footage as needed.
  • Insert closed captioning, graphics, and special effects; add computer graphics when required.
  • Interview talent and assemble film clips from raw footage into coherent stories.
  • Coordinate with Creative Directors and teams to achieve the final output.
  • Contact and negotiate with suppliers for equipment, products, and services.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues, do small repairs, and maintain a working kit.
  • Set up and tear down cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones, props, gimbals, and tripods.
  • Clean, disassemble, and maintain hardware; keep equipment inventory up to date.
  • Compile training videos and documentation for junior staff reference.

What to Expect

  • A mix of studio and on-location shoots — flexibility to work in varied environments and weather.
  • Fast-paced production schedules that require physical stamina and punctuality.
  • Close collaboration with creative, strategy, and account teams on live client projects.
  • Occasional travel, early starts, and late wrap-ups depending on shoot needs.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in any subject (certificate course in Videography/Cinematography preferred).
  • 2–3 years of relevant videography/production experience.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
  • Familiarity with digital and professional-grade cameras, camcorders, and accessories.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of motion picture techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team.
  • Physically fit with a keen eye for detail and strong troubleshooting ability.
  • Basic knowledge of production modes (single-camera setups, white balance, lighting).
  • Ability to work under varied conditions and adapt to last-minute changes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
