Work Description for Videographers – Live Broadcast for our social platform We bring our exhibitions, expos, and events from around the world to a global audience through live streaming on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and more. Our goal is to make exhibitions virtually accessible to people worldwide. Your Role as a Videographer: Live Broadcast: Capture and stream exhibitions, expos, and events live directly from your camera or smartphone. ·       The Videographer will be responsible for end-to-end video production by camera or hi-end mobile phone, focusing on capturing the atmosphere, exhibitor content, and key speaker sessions at various trade shows, expos, and corporate events listed and managed by visitexpo.in. The final video assets will be used for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes across digital and social media platforms. Use a gimbal/stabilizer for smooth movement, a clip-on external microphone (like a lavalier mic) for clear audio, and ensure your phone is fully charged or connected to a power bank Post-Production & Editing Editing & Assembly: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content (e.g., 60-second promos, 3-minute event recaps, 15-Min social media clips).by vn , capcut or ur choice app Work Environment: Ability to work flexibly, travel frequently, and manage production workflow under tight deadlines in a fast-paced live event environment.   Flexible Equipment: You can use your professional camera or phone—as long as the video quality is clear and stable.  (Professional Setup Required): Capture and stream exhibitions live using a high-quality camera or smartphone. Ensure stable footage with a gimbal for smooth movement. Use a two-way mic for clear audio, especially for interviews or commentary. Maintain full-day battery backup to avoid interruptions during the event. Must have a proper mobile or camera setup with a gimbal, two-way mic, and full-day battery backup.   Video Editing (If Skilled): Create short highlight videos and reels from the event. Edit clips with captions, transitions, and engaging effects. Optimize videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. People with video editing skills (preferred but not mandatory).   Who Can Apply? Professional or Amateur videographers with basic skills in live broadcasting. People with a smartphone or camera and a good internet connection. Those comfortable navigating exhibitions and capturing interesting aspects of the event.
