Videographer and Editor

We’re looking for a hands-on creator who can plan, shoot, and edit high-impact videos for product ads, daily social content, behind-the-scenes (BTS), and campaign assets. You’ll sit inside the marketing team, work from brief to final export, and help us ship thumb-stopping content consistently.

What you’ll doPre-production

• Translate marketing briefs into concepts, shot lists, storyboards, and scripts.
• Plan shoots (locations, talent, props, permits, schedules).
• Align with brand/product/paid-ads teams on objectives, hooks, and CTAs.

Production

• Shoot product ads, daily short-form content, tutorials, testimonials, founder talks, and BTS.
• Operate camera, lenses, lighting, audio, gimbals/sliders; occasional drone work (if licensed).
• Direct on-camera talent and capture UGC-style footage when needed.

Post-production

• Edit videos for multiple formats: 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9; versions for Reels/Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and paid ads.
• Add motion graphics, captions/subtitles, supers, SFX, and music; color-grade and mix audio.
• Create cut-downs, A/B variants (different hooks/CTAs), and localized versions.

Publishing & performance

• Deliver platform-ready exports following spec and size best practices.
• Partner with paid-ads team to ship creative, track performance, and iterate quickly.
• Maintain an organized media library (naming, folders, proxies, backups, releases).
