Videographer and Editor

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and skilled Videographer to join our dynamic business group operating in the health, fitness, and wellness sectors. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing compelling video content across our fitness center in Kochi and Ayurvedic wellness resort in Chalakudy. Your main goal will be to visually bring our brand, spaces, and experiences to life through engaging videos. You will be tasked with capturing diverse content including workouts, client transformations, events, wellness therapies, property walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes moments, and interviews. Your role will involve creating high-quality short-form and long-form videos tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Additionally, you will oversee all aspects of video production including camera work, lighting, audio, and post-production. Collaboration with the creative and marketing teams will be essential to align video content with our branding goals. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining an archive of video assets and ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all video materials. Travel between Kochi and Chalakudy based on content schedules will be required. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in videography and editing, with a mandatory portfolio or showreel. Proficiency with video gear such as cameras, gimbals, drones, lighting, and audio equipment is necessary. An expert level with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent is expected. Ability to adapt content for different platforms and audience types, strong storytelling instincts, visual rhythm, and music syncing ability are also important. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a proactive work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines. Being open to travel and stay at the resort as required is essential. A strong team player with a creative mindset will thrive in this role. Preferred skills include photography experience, basic motion graphics or animation (After Effects or similar), and familiarity or interest in the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industries.
