Role Overview Were looking for a passionate Videographer cum Editor who can shoot and edit videos with a strong sense of storytelling, aesthetic, and brand consistency. This is a hands-on creative role ideal for someone who wants to grow in a fast-paced digital environment. Responsibilities Plan and execute video shoots for clients and in-house content (social media, reels, ads, etc.) Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment with confidence Edit videos for various platforms with attention to pacing, transitions, and sound design Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to meet content goals Organize and manage media assets and project files Stay up-to-date with video trends and editing techniques Requirements Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) Basic knowledge of shooting techniques, camera handling, lighting, and framing Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) and what works visually Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow brand guidelines Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Bonus Skills (Good to Have) Motion graphics/animations (After Effects, Canva, etc.) Basic photography and photo editing Knowledge of color grading Perks & Growth 3-month internship with a performance review Upon successful evaluation, opportunity for full-time position with salary + growth incentives Hands-on training, real-world projects, and a creative work culture Direct involvement in building visual content for clients and brands Show more Show less
