What does the team do ?
At ShareChat, Indias largest vernacular content platform, the Content Operations team plays a pivotal role in defining and executing strategies for creating and acquiring impactful content, driving monetization efforts, and contributing to overall business growth. Collaborating with creators, partners, product teams, and feed teams, the team ensures the delivery of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with diverse Indian audiences across multiple formats, including audio and video.
What Youll Do?
- As a **Video QC Specialist**, you will be responsible for ensuring the **technical and creative quality** of all micro-drama episodes before release.
- You will work closely with the content, creative, and post-production teams to maintain broadcast-level standards for video and audio delivery.
- * Conduct **end-to-end Quality Checks** of all episodes before delivery.
- * Review and ensure **color consistency, grading, and DI accuracy**.
- * Monitor **audio levels** and maintain balance across episodes.
- * Identify and resolve **technical glitches** such as compression errors, drop frames, and subtitle sync issues.
- * Verify and maintain **OTT/Television delivery standards** (resolution, aspect ratio, bitrates, subtitles).
- * Work with the post-production team to implement corrections quickly and effectively.
Who You Are
* Prior **QC experience** in OTT platforms, television, or film post-production.
* Strong knowledge of **color correction workflows, DI (Digital Intermediate) processes, and audio QC**.
* Proficiency in **industry-standard QC tools** and workflows.
* Keen eye for detail, with a passion for ensuring **premium-quality content**.
* Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment** with tight timelines.
