About the Role

creative and dedicated Video & Reel Creator and Designer

You will be part of our daily workflow, taking up requests as they come in and delivering high-quality, creative visuals within the assigned timeline. We expect commitment, professionalism, and consistency. This is not a short-term or one-off project; we’re looking for someone who can grow with us and be part of our team for the long run (minimum of 6 months).

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging and visually stunning short videos and reels for various brands.
• Design posters, carousels, and other marketing visuals that reflect each client’s identity and message.
• Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to bring fresh and innovative ideas to life.
• Edit and enhance videos and graphics using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Accept feedback constructively and make revisions as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in video creation, editing, and design.
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Good sense of design, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Must be available and responsive for assigned tasks.
• Must be consistent, dependable, and open to long-term collaboration.

• Portfolio required, applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Pay Structure

Payment is based on the number of deliverables completed, as tracked in our timesheet.

• Reels:

  ₹500–₹800 each

• Posters:

  ₹300–₹500 each

• Carousels:

  ₹600–₹800 each
