Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation:

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos during company events, celebrations, leadership interactions, and client/partner visits
• Enhance and edit images and videos using professional editing tools to create polished, engaging content for social media and internal communication
  

• Employer Branding Initiatives:

• Execute branding campaign posts on social media that highlight our culture, people's success stories, and workplace initiatives
• Work closely with People & Culture, Marketing, HR, and Operations to ensure consistent messaging and visuals
  

• Project Coordination:

• Manage cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards
• Plan, organise, and execute onsite branding activities, photo/video shoots, and content calendars
  

• Creative Collaboration:

• Bring fresh ideas and experiment with new formats, including AI-powered tools for visual content and storytelling
• Research and implement emerging trends in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and workplace engagement

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience

  in employer branding, photography, videography, or digital content creation
• Proven ability to capture and edit high-quality photos and videos, with a strong eye for composition, colour, and corporate storytelling
• Hands-on experience with editing tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, Veed, or similar platforms
• A strong can-do attitude with a willingness to learn new tools, especially AI-based video creation and editing
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact confidently with employees across departments
• Candidates with strong portfolios may be considered regardless of a formal degree
• Certifications in photography, videography, digital media, or AI-based editing tools are an added advantage
